Project management

If you need a project management for a larger (or smaller) IT project or business development project, my experience with projects for large business companies will surely give added value. From my background you will find my experience in e.g. commerce, media, banking and industry. I have led large-scale operational projects e.g. payments (salaries, billing, mobile gift card and online payments) and several online website implementations. Thanks to my long experience, I can work on different kind of project implementation models and I would love to learn something new, too.

I have worked as an independent consultant and entrepreneur for over a decade and I'm used to take responsibility and to get projects ready. I'm still getting excited about new projects and I'd like to manage them like my own business. I've got feedback from my clients that I am firmly on the side of the customer, and my diligence and tasks completion skills have been praised.
